£26,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience) + 10% Annual Bonus

The Role
Our client is looking for an organised and efficient administrator to join the expanding team.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service through a highly organised approach to administration. You will approach this role with a commercial mindset and will work effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient processes are in place and maintained.

They are part of a large nationwide company with a long established history in the UK. Specialises in the manufacturing and conversion of commercial vehicle refrigerated bodies / vehicles.
They are one of the UK’s best known brands in this space, and with a recent acquisition they are on a rapid trajectory for expansion.

Skills & Behaviours Required for this Role:
Communication – This role is pivotal making sure the factories administration run smoothly, to ensure brilliant customer service. Working with the sales, accounts, and manufacturing teams, you are clear with what is required and by when and make sure it is delivered to timescale.
Time Management – When the phones are ringing, and emails are coming though, as well as working to deadlines, being able to manage your time effectively, is essential. Strong organisation skills are key to this.
Resilience - A resilient person is someone who has strong coping skills and can draw on these when life presents challenges.
Motivation - To ensure personal and team success, being motivated is essential.
