Good Recruiters can add another 40% to this available Pool with their specialist resourcing and CV searching abilities allowing them to attract many passive candidates. However Great Recruiters can add the final 35% through headhunting methods to give Clients a whopping 100% access to their desired Talent Pool.

Our focus is to open up every possible candidate to you within the UK Manufacturing Engineering Industry.

We do this by having specialist consultants who network intensively within their specified territories to know who will be looking for their next move.

We promise to listen and we won't be wasting your time with candidates that don't match your job specifications.

We can assist and advise on the recruitment process, payroll matters and current UK Employment Legislation, ensuring you are fully equipped to recruit your next staff member.

Finally you DO NOT pay us a single penny until we successfully place a candidate with you.
